HSE covers the following three GHPL’s operational areas:

• GHPL is involved in multiple non-operating ventures and these ventures are required to function in accordance with the HSE standards outlined by the respective Operators, as per the best industrial standards,  regulations and requirements.  

GHPL  mainly monitors  Operators’  HSE performance through TCMs and JV workshops against KPIs. In the event of an HSE incident, Operator reports the incident to JVPs and subsequently carries out a comprehensive root cause analysis with action items. GHPL monitors the timely execution of the action items to avoid recurrence of such incidents in future. During the visits to Exploration, Drilling, Operations, Construction & Production sites, GHPL’s staff follows the HSE guidelines of the respective Operator and highlights observations (if any) for further improvements in the processes.

• Maintain and improve GHPL office premises from the HSE point of view to improve employees’ wellbeing, maintain health and avoid workplace injuries.

• Emergency preparedness and response in case of any untoward situation (fire, earthquake, bomb threat, pandemic, law & order, etc.).
