Grievance redressal is carried out strictly in accordance with Rule 48 of the PPRA Rules. A three-member Grievance Redressal Committee addresses bidders’ complaints. Any bidder aggrieved by any act of GHPL after bid submission can submit a written complaint exclusively through the PPRA ePADS portal in alignment with PPRA requirements.
