Seismic data acquisition is a cornerstone of GHPL’s exploration strategy, enabling accurate mapping of subsurface geological formations to identify hydrocarbon prospects and reduce exploration risk. Using advanced 2D and 3D seismic acquisition techniques, GHPL and its joint venture partners generate high-resolution images of the Earth’s subsurface.

 This geophysical data helps to:

• Identify the geological structures and estimate the size of oil and gas accumulations
• Locate optimal well sites
• Minimize geological uncertainty during drilling

GHPL has been participating in multiple seismic acquisition campaigns across onshore blocks in collaboration with both local and international operators.
